Your responsibilities:
▪ responsibility for processing indirect material orders for local and central plant (machines, equipment, services, facility, logistic)
▪ development of relationships with suppliers, searching and selecting new suppliers
▪ negotiation new contract with potential suppliers
▪ tracking the market, prices - overview in the area of focus
▪ controlling of time schedule
▪ cooperation on suppliers audits
▪ implementation and administration of suppliers information in production systems
▪ cooperation on tenders for new suppliers
▪ cooperation on projects by purchase side
▪ work with the inventory management team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned purchase orders and report any back-ordered or missing products
