Job description, responsibilities and duties
Oversee and support Marelli global infrastructures:
- Marelli global architectures and blueprints
- Core Infrastructure Services
- Microsoft365 platform services
Key responsibilities:
- Workin, consulting and management of authentication and core infrastructure services, operations management, running and enhancement of Microsoft365 corporate platforms
- Control for datacenters and technical rooms infrastructure operations of Marelli third party suppliers
- Follow planning, management and execution of infrastructure projects globally
- Oversee the day-to-day control of operations for core infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and databases
- Implement and maintain scalable and resilient core infrastructure architectures
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in core infrastructures
- Design, implement, and manage robust authentication solutions ensuring secure access to systems and applications
- Support the licenses management to respect corporate compliance for software

Personality requirements and skills
- 5+ years’ experience in infrastructure team in an enterprise company with multiple regions/countries visibility and with ability to manage and control external suppliers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Datacenter and technical rooms: architecture solution in terms of service design and operation management
- Infrastructure Technologies: knowledge on datacenter technologies like backup, storage, hypervisor, Windows/Linux servers, networking, disaster recovery solutions, hyperconverged solutions
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex IT architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Core Services: Active Directory and Azure Active Directory Authentications
- Microsoft365: ability to manage O365 services deliveries, troubleshooting
- Service management: leads and supervises the service provider, keeps track of service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs. Analyze problems or needs and prioritize them
- Project management: follows and coordinates the implementation of complex IT projects in the infrastructure area
