Become a part of the recently established department of Supply Chain Management! Are you someone with previous experience in leadership who is not afraid of such a challenge?
We are looking for you!

The SCM Team leader, reporting to SCM Manager, is a key role in the Supply Chain Organization to execute efficiently operations for the assigned business process, function, or area.

 You will get a chance to build up your team and choose your team members. Your role will be 50% people management-oriented and 50% operations.

YOUR daily agenda will include the following activities:

• Manage GBS SCM team members daily providing direction and problem solving
• Create an individual development plan for GBS SCM team members, regular 1to1 sessions, team meetings, development, performance reviews....
• Track and meet processes' KPIs and implement countermeasures when required
• Develop internal controls to achieve and improve processes' KPIs
• Define and balance GBS SCM members' workload
• Develop, coordinate and implement continuous improvement actions
• Supervise Transportation activities (transport scheduling, track and trace, invoice processing, and claims resolution)
• Supervise Material Planning activities (demand analysis, PO creation, inventory control, and delivery follow-up)
• Manage and update GBS SCM's administrative files

• Previous experience from the environment of Shared service center

• Detail-oriented, analytical, methodical - capability to collect and interpret data from several sources
• Self-starter who can work by objectives and well manage the workload identifying the right priorities
• Reliable, tolerant and determined
• Insightful communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view
• Stress resistant and able to work under pressure
