Inviting applications for the role of HR Generalist!

In this role, you will drive the People Admin Agenda for employees and supporting the business partners in HR area.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participates in aligning the human resources strategy to the business
imperatives in collaboration with local business and functional leaders and
ensure a good employee experience to all employees
  • Support staffing, retention, engagement, wellbeing, talent development and
C&B targets, along with business leaders
  • Manages procedure and supports client organization on performance and talent
management and organizational planning
  • Enables a high performance culture by crafting and implementing programs that
reward and recognize key employee capabilities, skills, behaviors, experience
and performance
  • Establishes and maintains a good relationship with local management and
leadership and support in all matters relating to employment relations
  • Contributes to the continuous transformation of the HR processes across the
region working with Europe/Global HR team
  • Supports and coordinates the HR administration and payroll process and actively cooperates with external payroll provider:
o Handling Onboarding process for new joiners
o Maternity and parental leave management
o Benefits enrollment
o Time and attendance data gathering and validation
o Managing employees queries and requests (changes of personal
information, benefits etc.), Communication with payroll vendor and ad-
hoc tasks
o Exits management

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Fluent in English (B2 level or higher) is a MUST - daily communication in English - oral and written
• 2 years of proven experience in HR administration and training, ideally in a multinational company, or SSC/BSC/GBS type of organization

• Knowledge of Slovak labour code for HR area.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Positive and approachable personality with the ability to engage and present to employees.
• Good presentation skills (ad-hoc presentations for managers) is a key to your success as it will be a significant part of your agenda
