Job description, responsibilities and duties

Become a part of a global Marelli team dedicated to support the organisation with implementation of different modules of SuccessFactors and with any occuring issues regarding SuccessFactors.

  • Supporting the rollout of SuccessFactors across the organisation
  • Collecting business requirements and performing fit/gap analysis between client requirements (internal HR departments) and standard SuccessFactors Solution, with proposal of benchmark workarounds
  • Translating Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and creating Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management - Solution in compliance with the Best Practices
  • System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint
  • Preparing & Executing Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts
  • Working with Central IT Governance team on different projects

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

SAP SuccessFactors - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

  • Minimum of 2/3 years of experience in SAP HCM SuccessFactors modules and their implementation with direct relationship management with business : Employee Central, Performance, Learning, Talent, Development and Compensation - it does not have to be all the modules.
  • Excellent understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations
  • Previous maintenance project experience
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation skills and a team-player
  • Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments
  • (Preferred) Expertise in providing Consulting Services to the Global organizations in HCM Best Practices and help to migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions
  • (Preferred) Knowledge of MDF, Foundation Objects, Business rules and workflows
  • (Preferred) Hands-on all the Data Models and excellent knowledge of XML, SQL language knowledge to manage huge records of data for analysis
  • (Preferred) Agile Methodology adoption during the previous projects
