Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for Technical Consolidation specialists to support the Group Consolidation and FP&A organization from the technical point of view (primarily Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
You-as an expert will ensure that the management reporting structure is appropriate and continuously work with Finance organizations to support reporting deliverables in each phase - actuals, forecasts, and budgets.

You will operate independently in a matrix/complex finance-related Hyperion environment and effectively communicate technical concepts to a business team- in support of the global finance organization's management and reporting requirements.

What would be your main accountabilities?

• Ensure the monthly close process runs smoothly in HFM
• Coordinate issue resolution with internal IT and external technical support providers
• Support corporate and remote users with Hyperion applications and Smart View
• Work with end users to develop and enhance the application process in a manner that will result in a stable productive environment
• Participate in the analysis of the efficiency and effectiveness of current departmental processes and procedures and ultimately help to implement identified improvements
• Participate in an enhancement of the Group Reporting & consolidation system project
• Maintain user security and access rights
• Organize entity structures, maintain the chart of accounts and mapping translations, design and maintain reports, and dashboards
• Deliver end-user training and maintain documentation
• Complete frequent ad-hoc assignments and projects upon request
• Special projects and process improvements as determined necessary by management

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management or relevant

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) - Advanced
HFM reporting - Advanced

Experience in the position/sector

Personality requirements and skills

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Engineering
• 5+years of relevant work experience in matrix/complex organization
• Experience in Consolidation and consolidation systems (preferably One stream or HFM)
• International experience
• Working with internal and external stakeholders, auditors, consultants, and service providers.


Skills:

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and operate effectively
• Excellent delivery skills.
• Basic working knowledge of SAP (or other ERP Systems) and HFM advanced knowledge
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English (required), Italian (desired)
• One stream, FDMEE knowledge (desired)
