Job description, responsibilities and duties

As an OTC Billing Accountant your main responsibilities will be the following:

• Supporting the Billing/AR billing activities for a particular region
• Timely generation of customer invoices (ensuring that invoices are sent on time)
• Processing of all manual and automatic invoice requests (intercompany and 3rd party customers)
• Prepare Retrobilling based on price changes
• Analyze price/quantity discrepancies and communicate with Business Units and plants
• Clarify differences and technical issues in Selfbilling
• Execute month-end and year-end closing steps in accordance with the established work instructions and checklist
• Cover Dispatching activities (Paper/PDF)
• Active participation in continuous improvements projects
• Assist with other departmental queries – e.g. cash application

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management or relevant

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Microsoft Excel - advanced

Do you possess the following criteria?

- Degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/ Accounting
- Min. 1 year of working experience in accounting/financial department
- MS-Office knowledge, SAP program knowledge (preferred, but not mandatory)
- English on an advanced level is a must
