ABOUT YOU

YOU, as a SALES LEAD will become the very first member of the new Sales team - part of larger finance department. Isn't it exciting?
YOU will support business decisions, transitions of activities into the business center, cooperating with the project team, reviewing and analyzing processes, and preparing work instructions for your team members.
YOUR goal is to ensure smooth daily operations, allocation of transactional volume to the team, correctness, and compliance of processes with internal procedures.
You will be reporting to the Order to Cash Director.
At this initial stage, you will be working independently and will be a key person for your manager to help to set up the department for upcoming transitions.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • comes from automotive SSC or corporate automotive/production sector or logistics
  • is familiar with processes: master data, cost analysis, price analyst, controlling, pre-sales materials
  • is able to work independently and is looking forward to leading a small team at a later stage of department creation
  • may be familiar with the transition processes to Shared Service centers /huge advantage/
  • may be familiar with aftermarket sales in automotive - advantage, not a must
  • have some experience with people management /as a coordinator, team leader, or manager of a small team/

This will, however, be the automotive sector, therefore, the partial knowledge of the process from SSC sector may not be sufficient.

ABOUT YOUR TEAM:

The Sales department will have approximately 60 members in total in a 1-2 years time.
The team will be responsible for the following processes:

1. master data, product description, adding new articles, creating sets and third party products, updating price changes; adding local product-confirmation
2. Completing tender documents (incl. clarifying technical specifications, requesting membership certificates, checking completeness)
3.Preparation of offers and contracts for tender management
4. B2B order management - checking the correctness of order request from a customer(e.g., correct product configuration, compliance check, authorization check)
5. Registration of complaints/claims (e.g., delivery delays, wrong delivery, broken packaging—excluding repairs and product quality issues)
6. Customer service:
  • Before Sale - providing client more information about the product
  • After-Sale - contacting the client in order to increase customer satisfaction, collect feedback in a manner to identify improvements and understand customer needs

Employee perks, benefits

• University degree from Business Administration/Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing or relevant
• Preferable 5+ years’ experience in the Automotive industry (e.g. manufacturing, logistic, costing, controlling, sales), multiple years’ experience with leading team is very welcomed

OTHERS:
• MS-Office (MS Excel – advanced – charts, formulas, pivot tables, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint),
• ERP experience is a must (preferable SAP),
• Analytical skills - ability to analyze data from multiple sources
• Willing to develop, learn and teach other team members
• Communicative and ability to create presentations and communicate results to higher management
• Collaborative, team player,
• Customer, detail, process and result-oriented
• Proactive attitude, assertiveness, independence, and ability to solve problems and difficult situations
