As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the Order-to-Cash team and your daily tasks will be:
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the Order-to-Cash team and your daily tasks will be:
- Monitoring daily workload, backlog, resolving daily issues regarding the OTC area as well as managing the month-end close activities
- Responsibility for the newly established middle-size team of up to 15 members (hiring, talent management, development, motivation, monthly 1 to 1 meetings, evaluations, weekly team meetings, and others)
- Directly reporting to OTC manager and supporting him in solving escalation issues and communication with business and customers
- Developing and implementing improvements, ensuring correctness and compliance of processes with internal procedures, responsibility for the overall quality
- Participating in projects, transitions and transformations

* Professional background in collections, customer service, inside sales, or accounting (preferable is to have an overview in finance/ accounting principles)
* Experience in Shared Service Centre is a must
* Fluency in English language (spoken and written), another foreign language is a plus
* Problem-solving personality and solid self-management
* Customer service, organizational, communication, and follow-up skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while meeting deadlines
* Ability to analyze data from ERP, and proficiency in MS Office package
* 1+ year of leadership experience and excellent managerial skills
