This is an exciting opportunity for YOU to become a part of the new global business center based in Trnava!

First dozens of employees already started to provide services to Marelli´s subsidiaries in finance, accounting or data processing.
We are now hiring for the HR SSC function. The central implementation of human resources shared services enables to achieve a high degree of standardization, transparency, processing speed, and overall efficiency for individual Marelli business operations.

Which of the following 2 main departments does fit YOU the best?
• Employee Life Cycle team is responsible for giving the necessary administrative support to human resources processes and being in charge of all relevant documents that are part of the personal employee records such as employee´s contracts, employees data changes in HR systems, promotions documentations, terminations, exit documents, a contract amendment, cost centers changes, etc..
• Time Management team is responsible for the time scheduling of the employees, for time-off, vacations, remote work, seating plan, and a lot more.

What will be YOUR main day-to-day tasks to do as a member of the HR SSC function?
• Agenda and documentation related to the life-cycle of an employee in the company
• Working in the internal employee HR system
• Administrative support of processes related to changes in the internal HR system
• Maintenance employee records (e.g. vacation and sick leaves)
• Cooperation and administrative support of the external payroll team
• Simple HR Data Reporting and Documentation
• Everyday communication in English and Italian by email and phone

We will consider also candidates with any knowledge and experience from HR generalists, specialists, coordinators, admins role, and knowledge of HR agenda related to Employee Life Cycle - willing to become part of HR SSC process, willing to use Italian language on a daily basis.

Personality requirements and skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field of studies desired.
• 1,5+ years experience in HR SSC (Personal Administration, Time Attendance, Global Mobility) within Shared Services environment is a must
•Experience in using a database management system is required, working knowledge of any HR Information System, will be an advantage
• Fluent in English and other European language-German, Spanish, French {even, if you have only English, we really want to hear from you)
• Motivation to perform administration and support (this is not face to face type of HR role as may know it from the local HR teams / important to demonstrate
• Experience in administration and previous transition is very welcome
• Tool knowledge – SAP, Success Factor – nice to have
• Good team player
• Positive, friendly and flexible
• Punctual and accountable
• Efficiency oriented
• Solution-focused
