How your day-to-day work as a fellow member of a Customs Team will look like:
- Contact with foreign customers
- Supervision of customer documents flowing through the office
- Contact and cooperation with other departments of the company to carry out the entrusted tasks
- You will learn VAT (Value Added Tax) knowledge in EU countries in scope
- You will take part in INTRASTAT EU reporting
Responsibilities:
- Registration of documents and preparation of INTRASTAT declarations under the supervision of the Customs Agent & registers for the purpose of settlement of VAT
- Registration of EU transportations used per VAT registry
- Management of EU transport proof to ensure the VAT exemption
- VAT reconciliation registers and export/import documents & reconciliation bills of entry with VAT records
- Fiscal data warehouse, database management, Archiving (electronic, paper archiving)
Requirements:
- Communicative level of English language
- ITALIAN language is a big advantage !
- Min. 2 year of working experience in accounting/financial department
- MS-Office knowledge
