Job description, responsibilities and duties

This is an exciting opportunity for YOU to become a part of the new global business center based in Trnava!

The accounting team is seeking new motivated members, with strong reasoning and problem-solving skills with all levels of experience.

Which team suits you better?
PTP Team:
  • Timely and accurately react on any requests from external parties
  • Carry-out payments
  • Reconcile Accounts Payable balances with vendors
  • Aged items resolution on vendor sub-ledgers
  • Daily communication with internal and external customers, employees
  • Processing of travel expenses in Global automated travel and expense system
  • Checking correctness of travel and expense reports and as well Checking of enclosed receipts and invoices
  • Daily support of supplier queries through phone or e-mail

OTC Team:
As a Collections Analyst your main responsibilities will be the following:
  • Ensure smooth daily operations regarding on-time monthly reporting
  • Timely react on request from internal / external customers and actively communicate with them
  • Prepare retrobilling based on price changes
  • Analyze price / quantity discrepancies and communicate with Business Units and plants
  • Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports such as OTC/aging reports and account reconciliation
  • Support Month end close activities (prepare accruals and provisions)
  • Contract maintenance and business support
  • Manages complex request for customer maintenance (e.g. Legal entity change)
  • Solving the issues with unapplied cash and contacting and collecting overdue receivables

Requirements:
  • Degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/ Accounting
  • Min. 1 year of working experience in accounting/financial department
  • MS-Office knowledge, SAP program knowledge (preferred, but not mandatory)
  • English on advanced level is a must
