Maintenance Engineer

As a core member of the factory's initial construction team, responsible for the organizing and tracking of factory equipment and facility construction:

• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of factory process equipment and infrastructure.
• Assist the production manager in setting the annual maintenance budget.
• Complete relevant maintenance and repair KPIs.

Asset management:

• Responsible for creating, maintaining, and auditing the company's fixed asset ledger, updating and maintaining the status of equipment assets.
• Manage the spare parts inventory, ensuring asset and operational safety through procurement, storage, issuance, and audits

Maintenance of process equipment:

• Establish PM system for electrical and automation equipment
• Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
• Reduce MTBF and MTTR

Safety: Responsible for the safety of company equipment, identify safe operating conditions, ensure equipment operates in a safe environment

Other tasks assigned by managers
