You will
- Collaborate with Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Software Engineers to ensure delivery of the highest quality end product
- Lead our team of QA Automation Engineers in test implementation, code reviews, and mentoring
- Aid in test strategy and test plan design to ensure efficiency and consistency of automated tests
- Seek out improvements in the test automation process to improve delivery of test implementation
- Write performant, maintainable, reliable, idiomatic Kotlin code to implement requirements in the Gauge automation framework
- Proactively engage in career development with continuous learning

Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field is preferred
- 7+ years of software development experience, 3+ years QA Automation experience
- Experience leading a team of engineers
- Hands on experience with Java and/or Kotlin
- Experience with testing - designing and implementing
- Manual QA experience a plus
- Knowledge of common libraries and frameworks (helpful): Spring, Selenium, Gauge, Cucumber
- Experience with Linux or MacOS, Open Source tools, frameworks, and technologies
- Experience working with databases and application servers
- Experience with Jenkins or CI/CD tools (helpful)
- Creative and strategic thinker who is eager to dive in to challenging and interesting projects and demonstrate their passion for achieving high quality results
- Written and spoken communication skills in English; (B2 category)
