Job description, responsibilities and duties
CLAD is a two-year project funded by special funds (EU funds) in which libraries and cultural centers in Slovakia, Portugal and across Europe are supported in building their skills in order to integrate events against disinformation into their daily work. Together with international experts, librarians, employees of community centers and citizens, a transferable training offer is developed and applied.
As a “CLAD” project coordinator, your area of responsibility essentially includes:
• Project management with responsibility for goal achievement and budget
• Coordination and support of the project
• Communication with project partners across Europe
• Organization of project meetings and events (online & physical)
• Supporting the Goethe Institutes involved in implementing their planned activities
• Coordination of administrative tasks, especially reporting and project completion in compliance with the donors' specifications, including communication with the EU
