JOB SUMMARY

The Office Manager is responsible organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
The Office Manager reports to the Accountable Manager/CEO and will be bilingual, have strong people skills, be able to manage a wide variety of administrative and clerical tasks, and be proficient with computers and the use of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and coordinate office operations
• Manage office equipment, maintenance and service contracts and systems
• Manage technology and telecommunications systems and provide general support to staff
• Prepare, respond to and file correspondence
• Maintain an inventory of office supplies and equipment
• Deliver mail to post office and be in administrative contact with government authorities
• Perform other duties as may be assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education
• Secondary with school-leaving examination
Language skills
• English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)
Personality requirements and skills
• High level of organizational skills and time management
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Independent task-solving attitude
• Pro-activity
