- HR management (recruitment, organization changes, promotion etc.)
- Outsourcing of manpower (management of cooperation with leasing agencies)
- Salary and evaluation policy (update of policies based on company needs)
- Recognition and awards (rewarding the best employees)
- Social policy (social benefits provided by law, collective agreement or by company policy)
- Employee Relations (communication with employees, sharing of information, employee survey)
- Communication with trade union (collective bargaining, meeting with unionists)
- Health and safety control (checking of health and safety, control of external company)
- HR Development (education plan, training program for employees)
- Legal affairs management (Business register, consulting with external law firm)
- Daily management of HR/ER team including Payroll
- Reporting (to company management, headquarters)
