Recruiter (English C1 required)

We're looking for a Recruiter who will become an important part of our growing team. This is more than just posting job ads and scheduling interviews - you'll be the person who represents our company and helps create an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish.

What you'll be doing

• Publishing job advertisements and proactively sourcing suitable candidates.

• Reviewing applications and identifying the best talent.

• Conducting interviews in English and evaluating candidates' communication skills.

• Coordinating the entire recruitment process, including interview scheduling.

• Preparing structured interview feedback and candidate recommendations.

• Building and maintaining our candidate database.

• Ensuring recruitment processes are accurate, well-organized, and compliant with internal standards.

What we're looking for

• English at C1 level or higher (this is essential) – you'll communicate with candidates from around the world every day.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive mindset and the ability to build positive relationships.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• The ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

• A degree in foreign languages, linguistics, translation, interpreting, or a related field is a significant advantage.
