Marketing Manager

- Strategy: creating marketing strategies that are aligned with the company's goals. Identifying target markets, setting marketing objectives, and planning campaigns to build brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales.

- Campaign Management: Responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital (social media, email, SEO, PPC), print, and events. This includes creative management, content creation, budget management, and performance analysis.

- Budget Management: Responsible for managing the marketing budget and ensuring resources are allocated effectively to individual campaigns and activities to maximize return on investment (ROI).

- Data Analysis and Reporting. Measuring the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjusting plans. Regular reporting of results and insights to management.

Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with other departments such as sales, operations, and customer service to ensure consistent delivery of the brand message and leveraging insights from different areas. Managing relationships with external partners such as suppliers, vendors, and media.

- Market research and customer insight: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, behaviors, and trends. This information is used to develop marketing strategies and product development.

- Brand Management: Enhancing brand equity through consistent messaging, positioning, and visual identity across all marketing initiatives.

- Innovation and Adaptation: Keeping informed about marketing trends, technologies, and tools, and taking responsibility for implementing innovative approaches, and adapting marketing strategies to changing market conditions and consumer behavior.
