We're searching for an Executive Assistant to the Vice President of GLOBSEC Think Tank. Upon joining our team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the VP for Policy and Programming, as well as the operations of the GLOBSEC US Foundation, a global think tank.
Your responsibilities and duties as Executive Assistant to the Vice President of GLOBSEC Think Tank's US Foundation would include:
- Providing operational, administrative, and day-to-day support to the GLOBSEC US Foundation, including administrative tasks, communication assistance, scheduling, and event support.
- Organizing the executive schedule and travel arrangements, ensuring efficient planning and execution.
- Managing the VP's agenda to ensure meetings are well-prepared and on schedule.
- Assisting with various day-to-day tasks such as agenda planning, administrative support, communication management, scheduling, and preparation of documentation and talking points.
- Tracking tasks, agenda items, and activities of the VP, helping to prioritize as needed.
Organizing and consolidating briefing materials for meetings and public appearances, including drafting talking points. - Providing analytical support on key policy areas, contributing to informed decision-making.
- Monitoring the delivery of outcomes of projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion.
- Organizing events such as roundtables, discussions, and visits in collaboration with other departments, which involves drafting invitations, communicating with invited guests, identifying suitable venues, and making necessary arrangements.
- Assisting in the coordination of projects, initiatives, and relevant activities, and contributing to the development of funding proposals and partnerships with key institutional and corporate partners.
- Contributing to the curation and creation of website content, ensuring it aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
