Graphic Designer

Responsibilities
• Understand project requirements and concepts
• Use various techniques to create drafts, sketches, and templates
• Produce final design productions (e.g. logos, banners, prints, publications, web graphics)
• Pitch creative ideas that enhance projects
• Collaborate with team members to launch designs
• Take on special design tasks to support multiple projects (e.g. photo processing)
• Use feedback from other project stakeholders to improve work
• Work simultaneously on 5+ projects based on current workload
• Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media, including infographics
• Put together disparate elements of a design created by another professional, such as the icons, photographs and other components necessary for a website design
• Consult with copywriting and other teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our corporate cultures and goals
• Obtains approval of concept by submitting the rough layout for approval
• Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art
• Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.

• Graphic works: 60%
- Creative: 10%
- Web related: 20%
- General/print related: 30%
• Meetings and internal communication: 5%
• External communication: 5%

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards from 1000 EUR/month/full-time based on your experience*
