Job description, responsibilities and duties
HR at GlobalLogic is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner. The position is located in Zilina, but will provide services as well to Banska Bystrica office. The main goals of HR Business Partner are to implement HR Policies and programs, to support leaders in all people and organization related matters and labor relations across the GlobalLogic in his/her function. HRBP is responsible for legal & social compliance; faces local management and employees.
Your responsibilities:
• Provide consulting to line management on people development topics
• Work closely with management to improve work relationships, build morale and
increase productivity and retention
• Provide daily HR guidance
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
• Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
• Proactively drives the development, maintenance and improvement of HR
processes
• Provide HR policy guidance
• Monitor and report on workforce related metrics
• Identify training needs for teams and individuals
