- Being the first point of contact, you will promote a positive image while interacting with fellow employees and clients
- Precise person with a sense of detail, as you should maintain the front desk in a neat and professional manner at all times
- Reliable person who can effectively manage the time and tasks and be ready to fulfill extra assignments according to the instructions and requirements of your supervisor
- Being in active contact with foreign clients, you should have a strong communication skills even in spoken and written English
- As we are working in a friendly manner, enthusiasm for work and positive energy is required

- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Travel services (basic)
- Post office
- Taking care of premises
- Ordering refreshments
- Customs and deliveries
