IT Recruitment Specialist

Job responsibilities will include to attract, engage and hire IT talents. You'll need to use your skills to research market, network with passive candidates, and be creative in hunting the best and brightest IT experts.

The role contains of a responsibility for the whole recruiting & resourcing process for assigned projects and positions, including:
- participation on creation of staffing plan
- advertising job positions via different channels
- pre-selection, pre-screenings
- personal interviews
- preparation of employment contracts
- responsibility for on-boarding process
- close cooperation with project managers
- communication with recruitment teams and sales from all GL locations
- communication with external vendors
- representation of GL on job fairs and various external events related to hiring needs

- Experience with IT recruiting is an advantage
- Is able to communicate in English language

- Is able to manage their time and tasks effectively
