The product is Residential Gateways software deployed in million quantities around the globe in different devices.
For more than 5 years GlobalLogic team of 40+ engineers develops new models and maintains installed base.
Due to team extension we are opening new Embedded Linux Developer position.
Main technologies:
Embedded C, Networking, Linux
Features of the software:
∙ Connecting to the Internet in various ways: xDSL, Ethernet, DOCSIS, Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G (LTE)
∙ Extensive functionality: IPv6, Firewall, VoIP, Web Server, WiFi, UPnP, Remote Control, Parental Control and others
∙ Works on different hardware platforms (mainly MIPS and ARM)
Trainee Software Engineer will be trained according to the following plan:
- Basic training (C/Linux/Networking, up to 3 month)
- Project specific training (1 month, based on results of the basic training)
- Join project team, working on real product
