Deployment Manager will provide structure and support to international project. This person will be responsible for managing tasks and directing resources in project at any given time and ensuring that this project meet or exceed internal team and client expectations and is delivered on-time and on-budget.

This Deployment Manager will interface heavily with senior sales, research, technical, and executive management within company and with some of the client management personnel to ensure that the challenge and requirements are understood by the team and will participate in the solution developed by the team. This person is also responsible for the accurate financial and resource management of the assigned projects.

Personality requirements and skills

Personality requirements and skills:

• 5+ years of experience managing complex telecom or enterprise applications technology projects
• Ability to travel about 50% with durations up to 6-8 weeks on location at customer sites - Middle East and North Africa
• Excellent Project Management skills
• Advanced understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to solve complex problems with keen instincts and organizational experience
• Demonstrated ability to motivate staff/project team, inspire teamwork and take a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of contract interpretation and negotiation
• Detail oriented and numbers & deadlines driven
• Confident and articulate, calm under pressure
• Risk Management – identify project risks early enough, plan and manage execution of risks mitigation steps
