Technical Business Analyst

You will join our Professional Services team that works on developing and delivery our billing solution for specific customers. You are passionate about developing solutions to improve the quality of our products and therefore we expect that you will:

- Interpret business requirements and technical specifications to design appropriate solutions.
- Analyze and handle software requirements, features, bugs related to the specific team area
- Translate business ideas into technical level
- Detalize solution for the specific business need
- Communicate and plan with engineering team
- In cooperation with all Stakeholders, ensure a high quality of task descriptions so no misunderstanding occurs when solving a task
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Create user manuals and train users to use our system

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Must have:

- Tech background or education
- Understanding of how complex solutions are delivered to customers
- Understanding of Agile and contemporary methodologies with experience of working in Agile teams
- Strong analytical skills, solution delivery
- Good English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Great communications skills
- SQL database query skills OR willingness to learn it
- Outgoing approach
- Good at prioritizing and managing own tasks
- Proactive team player

Will be a plus:

- Experience in Java is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of SOA, Apache Tomcat, GUI design, SOAP, REST, SOAPUI, SVN, Maven, Business Process Modeling tools
- Docker
- Business experience in telecommunications, finance or CRM solutions will be an asset
