Senior Requirement Engineer/Analyst

- Being leader on the project recognized by team members and the customer

- Manage and control an offshore team

- Coordinate teamwork

- Handle communication with the team, client, and other subteams

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

- Handle project documentation

- Clarifies product requirements with customer, writes specification

- Handles blocking points, and pushes through the organization to enable smooth development

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Must have:

- 5+ years of relevant software development experience.

- Able to work and influence in a highly cross-functional team environment

- Continues to improvement attitude, change driver

- Excellent written and spoken English level

- Understands artefacts of V-model

- Experience in writing system specifications, reviews, specifying acceptance and test criteria

- Experience with requirements traceability


Nice to have

- Experience with Automotive domain, or directly with telematics units

- Experience with cross-platform development.
