**Main Responsibilities:**

As a salesperson working remotely, your key role is to promote and facilitate the use of our platform for landlords and agents to find tenants. Responsibilities include:

1. **Remote Communication:**

• Establish connections
• Establish connections with clients (landlords, agents) via virtual channels like phone, email, and video-conferencing.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, offering comprehensive information about our services.

2. **Remote Consulting and Sales:**

• Understand client needs via virtual conversations and provide tailored advice.
• Actively promote our platform and services to secure new clients.
• Achieve and surpass individual sales targets with effective online strategies.

3. **Customer Relationship Management:**

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
• Professionally resolve issues through online platforms.

4. **Skills Required:**

• Strong virtual communication abilities.
• Independence and self-motivation.
• Target-driven with adaptability to a remote working environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate rental market.
• Czech or Slovak language & English
