The Job:

• An opportunity has arisen for a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join our clients’ kitchen brigade at their fabulous hotel, leisure and events resort in Scotland.
• You are offered the opportunity to work with an experienced, dynamic and quality-led brigade, that will together serve the many styles of top-quality cuisine & hospitality, within the resort; within its stunning restaurants, bars, lounges and events spaces.

The Challenge:

• To work hard as a valuable member of the kitchen brigade within this thriving business, ensuring consistent delivery of top-quality produce, service standards & specifications.
• To have an obsession with great food and a desire and imagination to add to the already superb offerings, that will further enhance the high-end, guest experience.
• To have your own thoughts, ideas and suggestions about making us even better, working with an experienced team that blends visionary design with an exceptional fresh, seasonal food.
• Have the confidence to take full responsibility of your area of the kitchen for the day-to-day running yet be flexible enough to multi-task across the areas.
• To have good knife and cooking skills.
• To be self-motivated and accept your share responsibility for your own welfare, induction, training, supervision and development.
• Have a good working knowledge of all necessary due diligence and must be able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen.

• Will have previous experience in a same/similar role within a quality environment, preferably in top hotel restaurants, high-end private-dining, top restaurant or events facilities.
• Will have immaculate grooming standards and the discipline to ensure others follow your example.
