Junior Product Manager

Global Payments s.r.o. is a joint venture company between Global Payments Inc, CaixaBank and Erste Group Bank AG that delivers acquiring and payment processing services to businesses in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Austria.

We are looking for a hardworking and highly-motivated candidate for Junior Product Manager position.

Why we need a new colleague in the team

New person will be responsible for all activities in the area of business development of products and services for the company. With end to end functional model and seamless user experience in mind, with key focus on profitability.

What will be your role and duties

· Creates and updates guidelines and methodology for product

· Monitors card associations for product changes

· Support to Sales reps, Sales support and Marketing

· Cooperation with Reporting in the setup of a proper profitability by customer/ merchant, channel, segment, product

· Cooperation with third parties

· Coordination for training of sales reps and sales support team

· Setup of business logic in the system

What Knowledge, Skills & Abilities are needed for the role

· Team player with focus on individual delivery

· Solid time management skills and planning abilities

· Analytical thinking

· High level verbal and written communication and presentation (language EN)

· Flexibility and willingness to travel (also for mid-term assignments)

· Builds positive relationships - Develops and fosters constructive working relationships with others inside and outside the Company

· Understands the business, customer needs and financial implications and makes prudent decisions

· Self-motivated ‘entrepreneur’, with a strong drive for results

· Microsoft office suite proficient user
