Business Analyst Junior

We are offering a possition for a new team member within our Business development team focused on providing solutions in area of digital channels and payment systems, who will be responsible for

• creating an analytical documentation, processing business requirements and transforming them into analytical documentation for an internal teams and also for a development teams in area of digital channels and payment systems

• calls & meetings with customers

• active communication with internal and development teams, managing expectations, deliveries, satisfaction of an internal client

Personality requirements and professional skills

• experienced business analyst operating in the field of digital channels and payment systems, being able to translate business requirement into technical specification

• strong analytical skills

• being able to learn quickly, adapt to changes, solve problems and identify priorities

• knowledge of banking and finance industry

• knowledge of Workflow diagrams and UML basics

• 2+ years of experience, used to communicating with customers and development teams

• advanced english
