Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the organization to identify staffing needs
  • Sourcing talent through traditional and non-traditional channels, including, but not limited to, social media, job boards, colleges, and community networking events
  • Effectively lead and develop the recruitment team;
  • Serv as a subject matter expert on sourcing and recruiting top talent
  • Coordinate the interview process and facilitate interviews;
  • Own the recruitment strategy the group;
  • Drive solutions and shape recruiting strategies / processes for existing and potential markets
  • Develop advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility of open jobs.
  • Shape business decisions based on data & deep dive analysis
  • Review resumes and recommending candidates to hiring managers
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process
  • Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external partners to ensure achievement of recruitment goals
  • Propose and be responsible for the recruitment budget;
  • Manage and develop the talent acquisition team.

Personality requirements and skills

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from college or university
  • At least 7 years of prior recruiting experience;
  • Experience with leading a small team (remote locations);
  • Active speaking and writing in English language;
  • Experience in international multidisciplinary recruitment (digital companies).
  • Passion for identifying and attracting top talent;
  • Knowledge of traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques;
  • Experience with different selection processes, such as phone interviews, in-person interviews;
  • Knowledge of recruiting technology, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management systems;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization;
  • Commitment to delivering an unmatched candidate & hiring manager experience;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong decision-making skills;
