Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the organization to identify staffing needs
- Sourcing talent through traditional and non-traditional channels, including, but not limited to, social media, job boards, colleges, and community networking events
- Effectively lead and develop the recruitment team;
- Serv as a subject matter expert on sourcing and recruiting top talent
- Coordinate the interview process and facilitate interviews;
- Own the recruitment strategy the group;
- Drive solutions and shape recruiting strategies / processes for existing and potential markets
- Develop advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility of open jobs.
- Shape business decisions based on data & deep dive analysis
- Review resumes and recommending candidates to hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process
- Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external partners to ensure achievement of recruitment goals
- Propose and be responsible for the recruitment budget;
- Manage and develop the talent acquisition team.

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from college or university
- At least 7 years of prior recruiting experience;
- Experience with leading a small team (remote locations);
- Active speaking and writing in English language;
- Experience in international multidisciplinary recruitment (digital companies).
- Passion for identifying and attracting top talent;
- Knowledge of traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques;
- Experience with different selection processes, such as phone interviews, in-person interviews;
- Knowledge of recruiting technology, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management systems;
- Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization;
- Commitment to delivering an unmatched candidate & hiring manager experience;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong decision-making skills;
