Senior Software Developer

As a Senior Software Developer .NET , you will develop and support Global Blue’s self-service kiosk client and backend applications with the highest quality and commitment throughout the software development lifecycle.

You will work in a scrum team, contributing to business and technical goals aligned with our development standards and quality criteria.

A glimpse into your role. What you will do:

• Design, develop, test, support, and deploy self-service clients, web, and backend applications in .NET
• Build kiosk client software integrating hardware peripherals (document and barcode scanners, printers, cash dispensers, touch screens, payment terminals)
• Research and evaluate new technologies and products
• Implement best practices, standards, and procedures to ensure quality and compliance throughout the software lifecycle
• Work in an Agile team setup
• Collaborate with development teams, product owners/managers, and business analysts
• Provide support for Level 1 and Level 2 application support teams (ITSM)
• Take an active role in technical improvement initiatives.

Home-office based position.
Travelling to Vienna required approximately 2 days/week.
