OVERVIEW
You will have full responsibility for Workday (WD) administration and maintenance, recommending and implementing business processes that support the line managers with all related people topics such as attraction and selection, onboarding, performance management, compensation & rewards programs, personal development and organisation reviews.
The role sits in the HR Organisation and has a worldwide scope.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as system owner, maintain and drive annual processes:Performance Evaluation, Bonus Payment, Pay ReviewBring innovative solutions to maximise data processing and analysis
Time and Attendance Module – maintenance in live countries as well as managing project of deployment in new markets including set up, testing, validation, user training, E2E project management
User support, act as Workday SME, provide user trainings
Implement data quality control mechanisms to ensure high standards of employee data accuracy in WD
Ensure WD personal data are maintained in compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR)
Reporting - design and produce relevant reports for senior management, line managers and HR community
Build relevant relationships across the international HR team and other stakeholders in the objective to translate their needs into valuable solutions
Responsible to deploy new system’s releases and relevant testing preventing unexpected business impact
Work closely with other HRIS colleagues to ensure alignment and data interfaces
Assist other teams associated with HRIS initiatives

Min 6+ years of experience as Business Analyst in international environment
Good understanding of HR functional business processes
Preferred hands-on experience with Workday integrations (HCM, Recruiting, Talent Comp & Ben module configuration) and security administration or other HRIS
Experience in HRIS users support activities and brings experience in training system’s users
High level proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular)
Excellent verbal and written English
