Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Business Application Project Manager is part of the Group Strategic and Commercial support team, within the CEO organisation.
As representative of Commercials for Processing and Invoicing platform and as Global Master User for CRM (Salesforce) he/she is responsible to ensure:

• Group processes are implemented in both systems.
• Local Master Users and end users are trained.
• Processes are properly documented and training material is available.
• Usage is monitored and any misuse by users is corrected.

He/she works in close collaboration with Corporate IT and Local Master Users around the following axes:

Project Management
• Analyse existing set up/business needs (including users interviews)
• In perspective of Global Blue sales organisation and way of working, propose improvements/amendments/new processes
• Define technical requirements and prepare specifications for developer
• Organise testing
• Prepare training material
• Train users
• Roll out
• Assess usage

Business support
In cooperation with Corporate IT/Product:
• Be the first level of support for users
• Ensure operational maintenance of existing features and content including bug fixing
• Manage access rights of CRM (Salesforce)
• Create and maintain training material

CRM (Salesforce) specific
• Create and update Group reporting of CRM and support Countries in creating their local views
• Analyse usage of CRM reports and make recommendation to drive user adoption
• Optimize license management by Usage Level Reporting of CRM
• Manage interfaces of CRM with other internal systems

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

From 1800 EUR/brutto, annual bonus

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Sales, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management or Business school degree

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

• Previous experience in CRM (Salesforce is preferred) and Processing platform in a multinational company
• Analytical and Project Management skills
• Business acumen, self-motivation and strong relationship skills
• Able to maintain relationships at every level
• Advanced of English (fluent in written and spoken)
