Job description, responsibilities and duties

Are you looking for a position where you can actively use English and German language? Perhaps you already have some experience in the field of Customer Service? Do you understand customers' needs and feel like you are the one to help them?

Main duties and responsibilities
• Help our customers solve their requests in English and German
• Deal with them either by telephone or emails
• Analyse the customer request and provide solution and advice on Global Blue services
• Cooperate with our merchants (Luis Vuitton, Harrods etc.) to provide guidelines

Principal accountabilities
• Maintaining the work shift hours
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm CET, including public holidays (8 hours shift)
- Customer Service does NOT operate during weekends
• Providing customers with correct and complete information
• Ensuring the KPIs and SLAs are maintained
• Ensuring the contact logging software is correctly used to allow reports and analysis

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate
