Job description, responsibilities and duties

The key objectives of the Commercial Manager are:

• Achievement of gross primary sales and top line net primary sales according to the budget
• Concluding commercial terms for company products with distributors
• Negotiation of monthly/quarterly/annual sales plans of distributors
• Stock level optimization
• Collection

Other tasks:

• Actively looking for new business sales opportunities and new selling channels
• Preparation of special campaigns, trade marketing activities, etc.
• Negotiate commercial terms with pharmacy chains
• Create regional sales plans and evaluate their fulfilling
• Analysis of IMS data, monitoring of competition, creation of business action plans
• Building excellent working relationship with key decision makers from national wholesalers, pharmacy chains, distributors, big FMCG customers
• Dealing with potential claims from customers
• Close cooperation with the sales and marketing teams
• Support in the annual budgeting process
• Monthly/quarterly/yearly accurate reports according to corporate and management requests
• Full responsibility for profitability of the big customers
• Credit notes management

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and
English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Computer skills - user

Microsoft Excel - advanced
Microsoft Word - advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - advanced
Microsoft Outlook - advanced

Driving licence
