Job description, responsibilities and duties


We are looking for an interim manager assistant (m/f) with English and Hungarian (both mandatory) for our customer (automotive / white goods).

Project duration: ca 12 months with the possibility of extension
Start: 1.10.2020
Location: 60% Hungary, 30-40% other factories (SK, DE)

Tasks:

  • Organization of the meeting (including refreshments, invitations, equipment, etc.)
  • Meeting minutes
  • Preparation of presentations, including data visualization
  • Creating time schedules
  • Budget monitoring
  • Collection of data from individual team members for presentations and project planning

Conditions:

  • Automotive experience would be an advantage (the candidate does not necessarily have it, the ideal profile is also from a consulting company)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • MS Project is an advantage, because the candidate will have to learn SW Antura (project management)
  • The right hand of the project manager, even on the way to individual plants in Germany, Slovakia and Hungary
  • Great organizational skills
  • Flexibility
  • A team player who can support a team
  • Languages: Hungarian, English (both are mandatory)
