Program Buyer (Direct/Production Purchasing)

• Elaboration of cost and capacity studies in line with agreed strategies in content-based and timely manner
• Supplier nomination and supplier process nomination control in line with global strategy and project timeline
• Supplier sourcing preparation activities
• Ensuring program objectives with respect to technical, capacity or other implemented changes
• Representing purchasing department at internal meetings
• Create, monitor and maintain purchasing project overviews and reports
• Management of information and data flow between the project team and purchasing in an international environment
• Processing and tracking of technical changes
• Major project milestone schedule follow-up.
• Participation and coordination in Cost Reduction Programs (including Make vs. Buy studies)
• Coordination and elaboration of technical reviews
