Medical Sales Representative

We are looking for candidates with strong existing network within the obstetrician-gynaecologist sector in Slovakia to help us expand our clientele with premium products.
GenePlanet is an innovative, high-tech company based in Slovenia, selling to over 35 countries. The main activity of the company is research and development of products from the field of biotechnology, where we specialize in genetic testing and analyses in the field of human genetics.

We are looking for an energetic person to help us expand our clientele. Your role will not only be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers, but to seek new sales channels and opportunities with out of the box thinking.

Your skills
• Passion for sales and understanding the importance of achieving goals (ability to close the deals)
• At least 2 years of experience working with gynaecologists and obstetricians
• A university degree, preferred in the field of ‘life science’ (biotechnology, biology, etc; not a must)
• Proficiency in English is a must, any additional language is a plus
• A driving licence
• Active knowledge and use of MS Office tools
• Being able to work on your own (proactiveness)
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills

Key tasks
• Active promotion of our services to gynaecologists and obstetricians
• Sales activities and building network within the obstetrician – gynaecologist sector
• Establishing and maintaining a working knowledge of our industry, products, and services
• Active cooperation with sales and marketing team from HQ (understanding of online marketing is a plus)
• Planning your weekly work, reporting to HQ and preparing sales plan for the territory
• Participating in organizing and conducting professional lectures, promotions and congresses
