Job description, responsibilities and duties

YOUR ROLE

As the Solution design expert you will propose the whole process design, prepare process map as well as the final price offer for warehouses based on the needs and requirements from client. You will work in the dedicated CEVA tool and respecting all processes. Your daily job is to design the best solution for our client and support development of warehouses in our country.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

You will be responsible for the development of business in the areas of:

• Study and quotation of the operation process
• Design the layout of the warehouse
• Looking for and deployment of innovation
• Using CEVA tools

You will obtain a wide knowledge about the processes in warehouses, understanding of all logistics concepts and expectation of internal and external customers. By applying analytical methods, you will design the solution and prepare final offer for our client.

With increasing expertise, you will have the possibility to obtain an extraordinary experience in one of the relevant areas. This expertise will support your further carrier within the international organization by successive extension of your geographical and functional scope.

To sum up: within in the offered position of Solution design expert you will have the opportunity to apply fully your present logistics experience and extend you carrier within an international organization! This position might also be the right choice for you if you´ve gained experience on smaller projects and would like to move on more complex ones

Personality requirements and skills

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You have already at least 3-5 years of warehousing experience – in operational management, project management or process engineering. You can combine the data driven analytical way of work with “hands on” interactions on the shop floor.

You like to access the challenges and detect solutions in analytical way using facts and figures. You have experience in analysing of warehousing service contracts as well as profit and loss statements. Ideally you already experienced a P&L responsibility.

You have excellent communications skills which allow you to work with the operational teams on the shop floor but also to convince higher management and external clients about the results of your work. Ability to communicate in English is a must.

You are an excellent team player with the ability to lead efficiently different types of teams – including virtual and international.
