Freight Dispatcher: Air – Sea - Rail with Hungarian language

GEFCO Forwarding Slovakia is currently looking for a: FREIGHT DISPATCHER Air – Sea - Rail. This is a unique opportunity to develop as subject matter expert across all 3 products.

MISSION:

 Collect and analyse customer's orders
 Find the right solutions in a timely manner
 Calculate rates, routes and transit times
 Stay in a continuous dialogue with customers to understand their needs and expectations
 Organise the transports in the best manner for the company and client
 Follow up ongoing transports making sure the delivery is made on time and all problems are solved with expedience
 Update customer regularly
 Negotiate and buy transport's services with the best quality/gain-ratio,
 Insure the relation and the information flow from and to the carriers/drivers,
 Manage the reporting of his/her activity,
 Manage the relation with suppliers/providers in a spirit of long-term collaboration and confidence-building,
