Job description, responsibilities and duties
Opportunity to be a member of the new project team FLAT TRAVELLING CABLE MANUFACTURING with mentioned tasks below:
• Define and analyze the production processes with consideration of the key aspects such as producibility, quality and process time
• Determine the required use of machines/automation to achieve robust and efficient processes (first pass yield, overall equipment efficiency)
• Determine process requirements based on product specification to achieve the desired quality (in close cooperation with Product Engineering and Quality department)
• Realization and control of Industrial sample production and new developed products and material changes until approval for Serial production
• Solving of process/technological problems of production, especially of the transfer point from trials to fully industrial production
• Realization of educations in terms of development of serial production
• Designing of production tools for inhouse production and sourcing
• Process improvement by cooperation in reduction of errors costs, stabilization of processes, increase of productivity
• Support the feasibility studies involving all concerned departments
• Support running initial production lot of new products
• Create proposals for the investment plan including estimation of investment returns
• Create and maintain up-to-date production documentation
