Business Controller (m/ f/ x)

• Participation on preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Management of the product costs calculations, standard costing
• Active participation on monthly, annual closing
• Monthly management reporting and analysis to monitor KPI´s and targets
• Capacity planning and investment plans for the location
• Project reporting and control
• Product profitability analysis
• Competent and reliable business partner for management and all relevant internal and external customers
• Internal consultant regarding optimization potential and derivation of improvement measures
• Ensuring the required quality and the defined deadlines within the controlling processes under efficient use of existing resources
• Ensuring the necessary supply of data and information for decision makers
• Preparation of standardized and globally applicable training materials and manuals
• Further development of reporting tools

YOUR PROFILE
• Completed university studies with a focus on cost accounting and controlling / commercial field
• Very good IT skills - MS Office, SAP knowledge about planning and monthly closing is a big advantage
• At least 3 years experience in business controlling in manufacturing company is a must
• Fluent in English
• Driving license B
• Self-driving personality willing to learn continuously
• Analytical, networked thinking
• Motivated team player
