Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Coordination of the integrated system (IMS): ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45000
• Planning, performing, evaluation of the internal audits for all parts of IMS
• Definition of the corrective and preventive action related to internal audits, external audits, customer claims and internal process improving
• Activity related to preparation for external certification audits, customer audits
• Coordination of the IMS documentation
• Training of the employees consequent to audits, internal quality improving, request of the norms and other requirements of the IMS system
• Preparation of the relevant reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Supplier management: communication with suppliers, 8D reports management, supplier evaluation
• Coordination of the internal quality
• Participation in the problem solving, analysis of the findings and claims
• Participation in the optimalization and improve of the all parts of the IMS
