Do you have experience with IT recruitment, and would you like to draw on your
experience in a IT company that belongs to reputable IT service providers?
Right now, we are expanding our internal HR team in Slovakia /also in Poland, Bulgaria, Czech Republic/.
We are looking for a colleague who likes the IT world, loves to communicate with people, is not afraid of new challenges and prefers to work in an informal working environment.

- participation in various forms of recruitment (staff augmentation, mass recruitment, headhunting, and others)
- searching for potential candidates (LinkedIn, Xing, or other portals) for our open IT projects (our end-clients are renowned European clients)
- working with various technology stack (SAP, SW Development, Cloud Computing, DevOps, PM, ...)
- pre-screening and personal or online interviews with potential candidates in Slovak or in English/German languages
- updating and creating Job Descriptions and subsequent publication on social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn) and our websites
- placing advertisements of new job vacancies (job portals)
- drawing up reports at regular intervals
- you will be a part of the Slovak/Polish/Bulgarian/German/Czech recruitment team
- experience in leading a team is an advantage
- participation in career events

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2)

- experience with HR recruiting of at least 4 years (mainly IT/Telco positions)
- education in the field of HR, or in similar fields (e.g., psychology) is an advantage
- established networking of IT specialists (mainly on LinkedIn)
- English – upper-intermediate (B2) or German – upper-intermediate (B2)
