We’re looking for a detail-oriented Contract Administrator who will ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth coordination across our travel operations. Your precision and structured approach will directly support the quality and reliability our clients expect.
PURPOSE OF POSITION
You will work closely with the global contracting team, assisting in administrative tasks, project coordination, and communication to ensure the smooth implementation of contractual agreements.
Main tasks:
• Support the global contracting team in drafting correspondence, sales reports, and contract summaries.
• Ensures accuracy of inclusions and adherence to terms in final draft contracts.
• Help monitor contracting performance, tracking key deadlines, and support maintenance of comprehensive record of the entire documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and site visits for contractors and built strong relationship with suppliers.
• Analyze customer surveys scoring and feedback in partnership with contractors to determine continuous improvement initiatives to uphold company goals and standards.
