Exciting Opportunity: Join Gate 1 Travel Slovakia as a Quality & Operations Coordinator for European River Cruises!
Are you passionate about exceptional customer service and enhancing the travel experience? We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented professional to join our team.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Handling and resolving post-tour/cruise customer service emails by providing fact-based, customer-focused solutions in coordination with service partners.
- Managing and maintaining cruise service bookings.
- Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of web itineraries and service standards.
- Collecting, analyzing, and following up on customer feedback.
- Summarizing customer satisfaction survey data and contributing to regular quality reports.
- Monitoring service quality and supporting issue resolution and improvement initiatives.
- Creating technical itineraries and assisting with the development of new cruises and tours.
