This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an HR Coordinator, where you will play a key role in supporting the human resources department by managing various administrative tasks related to personnel management, ensuring the efficient operation of HR functions while maintaining compliance with labor regulations. As the primary point of contact for recruitment at Gate 1 Travel Slovakia s.r.o., the HR Coordinator oversees onboarding, providing guidance and support to help new employees integrate smoothly into the company. Additionally, the HR Coordinator handles administrative duties such as organizing employee events and meetings. This role provides essential support to both the HR team and employees and offers absence coverage for the Manager, People and Organization.

Responsibilities Overview:

  • Assist with recruitment, including job postings and interview coordination.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Serve as an HR contact for employee inquiries and manage documentation such as contracts and compliance forms.
  • Oversee mandatory employee training and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Maintain employee records, process HR paperwork, and track time-off requests.
  • Assist with annual performance evaluations and administer the employee satisfaction survey.
  • Compile HR data and provide reports on key metrics.
  • Manage the distribution and tracking of company equipment (laptops, phones, etc.).
  • Coordinate maintenance and inventory for IT and mobile devices.
  • Support employees satisfaction and initiate benefit improvements and plan employee events and meetings
